Finca Leiva | Guatemala

$20.00

Geovanni is a 4th generation coffee farmer. The entire Leiva clan is tied to the production and care of the coffee estate they have. He is one of the first in the United States that has successfully imported the coffee from his family farm for an authentic farm-to-cup experience. Finca Leiva adheres to semi-honeyed process where the coffee is de-pulped but left to honey for a short period of 24 hours. Then it goes through a normal washing process.

Finca Leiva is roasted to bring out the sweetness and the caramel, chocolate, and nutty notes that are highly prized in well-grown Central American coffees. This coffee is an excellent choice for milk drinks, but our staff pick would be to do an iced pour over (flash brew).
