The Hassan brothers produce exceptional coffees in the Guji region of Ethiopia. Kedir Hassan operates a farm in a kebele (a town) called Dabaye while his younger brother, Ismael, operates Kayon Mtn farm in Taaroo (also featured at Kin). Combined, they produce some of the finest coffees in Ethiopia. Kedir is an engineer, built this wet mill with efficiency and quality in mind. Dabaye coffee is lightly roasted to bring delicate notes of black tea, jasmine, and stone fruit.
