Kayon Taroo | Ethiopia

$23.00

I’ve been buying coffee from Kayon Mountain for the last five years because of its complexity and exceptional quality. Ismael Hassan (owner) also operates Shakiso Wesi which has been a fan favorite at Kin. I remember tasting Ismael’s coffee for the first time, being pleasantly surprised by its intense jasmine, and stone fruit notes that taught me new perspectives in light roasts. This year’s crop has the same delicate notes but also a great coconut finish when cooled.
