Don Ruben grew up picking coffee for others. He saved enough money to buy a small farm of his own in his hometown of Caicedo. Against all odds and warnings, him and his wife consistently produce high quality coffee year after year. The farm is situated around 2000 meters. The high altitude along with good cultivars (bourbon, caturra) clearly translates to a fantastic cup. We taste high sweetness like cane sugar, hints of lemon, finishing with milk chocolate notes. Enjoy!
